    Can you tell me how many calories I should try to get per day?
    I currently weight 355 lbs. and I’m house bound, since my walking is very limited.
    Lord I need to lose this FAT, Weight Watches just doesn’t work for me because I’m allowed to eat too many carbs.

    I need and want to burn this FAT.
    Sorry to ask but I need to know what to kept my numbers at (fat, calories, protein, etc.)
    Thank you so much for any help that you can give me so that I can get my LIFE back, this is not how I want to live.
