Today I (Zsófi) would like to show you what a full day of eating looks like for me right now. I’m really happy with how I look, but my goal is to still lose some more body-fat, so I’m eating less than Angelo.

You might notice that I’m not adding a lot of extra fat, but instead I’m focusing on getting enough protein to feel satiated while consuming less calories.

I’ve been doing Keto for 3 years now. In the first few weeks, when you’re starting out, you should definitely add lots of fat to your meals to help your body adjust to burning fat for energy. But when you become fat-adapted, you can gradually lower your fat intake and you’ll still feel energized, as your body is using its body-fat for fuel. In this case, if your goal is weight loss, you should focus on getting enough protein to feel satiated while consuming less calories. Some people call that a protein sparing modified fast (PSMF).

Angelo and I have also been experimenting with the carnivore diet over the past couple of months and we’ve both seen great results. We noticed that we’re not missing veggies most of the time and that we actually feel better without them (plus cooking is even easier now!), so don’t be surprised if you don’t see any in the video. We’re still doing Keto (since 3 years), we’ve just been skipping the veggies for the past 3-4 months – that’s all.
