It was finally time for a new Full Day of Eating Keto video, to give you an idea of what I currently eat in a day. I included all of the macros after each meal!

Zsófi and I have been experimenting with eating more of a carnivore style ketogenic diet over the past few months, and we’ve been really enjoying it. I’ll share our experience in more detail in another video.

My personal goal right now is to put on more muscle, which is why I’ve started eating three meals a day instead of two. Zsófi on the other hand is still aiming for fat-loss, sho she skips breakfast on most days.

My meals:

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • 250g 25% fat ground grass-fed lamb
  • 1 large free-range egg
  • 1 slice of bacon

Dinner:

  • 250g of beef shoulder
  • 22g grass-fed butter
